It has been what seems like ages since I have been around, so the jump to Yuku was a good thing for me, because it reminded me that I was missing out. I fell off the planet about 9 months ago, not because I had a baby or anything. (that would have been a nine month eating frenzy for yours truly, that my budget just isn't prepared for yet! ) No, instead I graduated law school, took the bar, got a job, and then a divorce. So needless to say, I have been very bored... But seriously, if any of you get into trouble in the Missouri/Illinois area, I'm your girl. Oh yeah, I'm ghetto like that. Like the new digs. I wish I had time to read all the hellos. Life continues to be hectic, but mostly in a good way. Best thing ever happened to me Wednesday afternoon. I won a trip to ... wait for it ... PARIS!!!! I entered on my local radio station's Web site. It's a weekend in Paris to see Lenny Kravitz perform in the ATT&T Blueroom. I'm taking my mom and we leave a week from today. I'm freaking out! I've never been anywhere in Europe and really didn't think I'd ever get to go.
