Anyway, glad to hear that everyone is still on their missions for a healthier life. I really do think that is the key to success in this whole thing. I will ALWAYS find some excuse to quit a diet. I can't quit a healthier me. Maybe it's all in the way I see it mentally, but it is just easier that way to me. I may have a bad day, but I never "blow my diet," you know???
So I finally, almost a month later, have taken off the weight I gained during vacation. I weighed myself this morning (for my weekly "official" weigh-in) and I am down 6 lbs since coming back from vacation. Since I gained 4 while on vacation, I am now officially losing weight again. That makes 39 lbs since Christmas. I can't tell you how bad I want to get down that one more lb so I can say I am down 40 lbs. It just feels like such a milestone for me. I need to kick the walking into high gear again & make that happen!
Micah - I am not on WW anymore either. I did it a few years ago & use what I learned as a guide, but just do it on my own. I just can't justify the cost of WW for me. The main reason I would need it (since I know how the program works) would be for a support group, and well...I already have a great one here.
