i'll have to listen to corinne bailey rae more because i've like some of the stuff i've heard a lot. she's really talented.
just her first single i didn't like. it just seemed overrated and they played it on vh1 sooo many damn times i ended up hating it and blowing her off as untalented. i take it back. i'll make my final decision soon. hah. Allie oh and by the way, she's married. sooooorry.  |

Marcy, I know we differ on the hair length issue, but I'm so with you on the crustache (awesome terminology, Allie!) It reminds me of those guys in high school who cultivated the beard waaay before it was ready for prime time. I think that's because his jawline has become so angular that he looks younger with the scrubble.

ooohh, Nesssssaaaa! I hope you're serious about the Collins/Mayer throwdown. I love the Mayer, but, I think he could use a being helping of 'keepin' it real', 'humble pie', 'being knocked off the pedestal', I could go on, but you probably got the point (god, I hope you did, otherwise, I'm concerned
 ).I get this way with musicians or other 'famous' folk sometimes. I dunno why, I just always think it helps to get an ass-kickin' every once in a while. "She seems to have that phys-i-cal touch, yeah. . ." "Just say the weeeeerrrrr-rrrrrrdddd, su-su-somethin' I don't know. . .Oh, oh oh!" That's all the Collins/Genesis I can think of right now and I do believe that it is enough.  |

I am a longtime Phil Collins fan--not so much his lighter-weight solo stuff, but I've seen Genesis live a bunch of times and I'm a huge prog rock head. Anyways, I've seen what kinda damage Phil can do with a bigass tambourine, and I say bring it!!
